DOCUMENTS IN ENGLISH
We will accurately transcribe historic documents, records or manuscripts (e.g. Wills, inventories, indentures, deeds, court records, letters, diaries) written in English of any period, from originals in any condition.
DOCUMENTS IN OTHER LANGUAGES
TSL offer deciphering, transcription and translation of old documents written in Latin, French, Spanish or Dutch of any period, including expansion of abbreviation and coherent literal translation into English. If you have old documents written in other languages we will do our best to assist.

We can retrieve and photograph original documents from archives and record offices in the UK.

Our genealogists provide a reliable Family History Research Service for clients with ancestors originating in England, Scotland, Wales, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
They can also research the history of houses or other buildings and the people associated with them.
TSL will transcribe written records or audio recordings (in English or French) of oral history, life story, personal memoirs, diaries or recollections.
Send us your aging, faded, spotted, stained, scratched, torn or degraded photo-graphic print or negative and we will bring it back to life.
TSL will create for you a restored image derived from negative, slide, print or photo album (black & white, sepia or colour) that will preserve the image for the future.
